Customer-Centric Marketing

Customer-centric marketing is an overarching strategy that focuses on the needs of the customer and takes their experiences of the product, brand, and all promotional messages into account. The goal of this strategy is to tailor every brand interaction to fit the customer’s needs or interests — to understand why your product or service is important to them, and make sure it is fulfilling that purpose.
