Latana is built around the idea of helping brands make better marketing decisions.

Despite brands spending trillions of dollars on advertising, brand and marketing are no wiser of the true impact their efforts have on their target audiences and still base campaigns on guesswork. We resolve to fix this problem by using AI-powered brand tracking to bring reliable data to the world of brand, finally providing a platform for brand marketing similar to what Google Analytics has been providing for other marketing channels for years.

Health & Fitness

We want you to stay healthy, sharp, and on the move. That’s why we contribute up to €500 per year to your fitness and commuting fund. We also provide free sessions with mental health experts via our collaboration with Spill.

Remote-Hybrid Work Model

Latana offers a remote-hybrid model which is the best of both worlds. There is access to our headquarters in Berlin where you can meet with team members to brainstorm and socialize, as well as the ability to work remotely. We strive to offer an environment with great work-life balance.

Team Events

We not only work closely together but also love spending quality time with each other outside the office. We try to be as creative as possible when it comes to planning our monthly team events. Past events have included cooking with refugees, custom pub quizzes in the office, and public speaking jams. And the cherry on top? Two company boats that allow for some great experiences along the River Spree!

Sick Leave

Latana recognizes that mental health is also health. If you feel mentally not able to work, we offer the ability to call in a sick day. Take care of yourself!

Focus Day

Focus Day is a day dedicated to no meetings so we can reduce interruptions and accomplish deep work and intensive problem-solving.

Meditation Sessions

Weekly remote mindfulness meditation for the team to meet under the guidance of a coach to quiet the mind. We also host a Slack channel where questions can be asked and answered asynchoniously.
